Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jorevia.com or call us at +1 (386) 446-9152 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping
Jorevia LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us. Items must be returned using the provided label within 14 days of receiving it.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card – Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account after approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund. We may request photo evidence of the damage or defect to help us improve our quality control.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used, worn, washed, or are not in their original condition with all tags attached. All handbags, wallets, and accessories are expected to be returned in unused and original condition.
Order Processing: All orders placed with Jorevia LLC are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
